  • Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or Website.

  • Website refers to Roadie.io, Roadie.so and all subdomains.

  • Service refers to the “Roadie Platform Subscription” as defined in the Terms of Service.

  • Personal Data Customer Data that is “personal data” as such term is understood under the GDPR.

  • Cookies as defined in our Cookie Policy.

  • Device means any device that can access the Service or Website such as a computer, a mobile phone or a digital tablet.

  • Data Protection Laws any data protection laws applicable to processing of Personal Data contemplated by this agreement including, without limitation, in particular the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) or the European Union Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications (“E-Privacy Directive”) and any related decisions or guidelines and subsequent legislation of a similar nature, and all privacy, security, and data protection laws, rules, and regulations of any applicable jurisdiction including any jurisdiction in which the or Professional Services are being provided or the Personal Data is being processed and any jurisdiction from which Supplier or any subprocessor provides any of the or Professional Services or from which Customer provides Customer’s products or services.

  • Usage Data refers to data collected either generated by the use of the Service or Website or from the Service or Website infrastructure itself.

  • Data Controller, the person who, either alone or with others, determines the purpose and means of the processing of Personal Data.

  • Data Processor: a person which processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller.

1.2 For the purposes of the Data Protection Laws, either Larder Software Limited or Larder Inc., or any other Roadie group company from time to time, may be the controller of your personal data.

Note: Capitalised terms not defined in the Privacy Notice are as defined in the Terms of Service or the Data Processing Addendum.

2. Types of Data We Collect

While using the Service or Website, We may collect the following information:

2.1 Personal Data

  • Email address
  • First name and last name
  • Phone number
  • Company name
  • Your role in your company
  • Location data: Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City, IP address.
  • Bank account information in order to pay for products and/or services within the Service or Website such as: VAT number, billing address, credit card information, and other payment related information.
  • Usage Data such as: device information, browser type, unique device identifiers, website referral data, pages clicked, linked clicked, interaction time, date and duration.

-Third party source information such as: interaction data if interacting with our content, company information, social media information including handles and avatars. The source of this data may include social media providers, targeted online advertising providers, or lead generation providers.

Consultants and vendors engaged by us to support our provision of the Service and Website and the operation of our business; Any such other Processors as may be added to the List of Subprocessors from time to time.

5.1 The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations , resolve disputes, for audit purposes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

6.1 Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. 6.2 Your consent to this Privacy Notice followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.
